Just a few weeks ago, Cream Cheese was surviving on the streets of downtown Las Vegas — one of the toughest places imaginable for a sweet, scared little boy who just wanted to be loved. For about a month, locals watched him hiding under junk, always starving, always afraid. He had a collar on so tight it had to be cut off. No sign of ownership. No one coming for him. Just this precious boy, doing his best to get through each day.

A local trapper finally got him to safety — and the moment he was rescued, it became clear very quickly just how special this boy is.

Cream Cheese is approximately a year old, a little cross-eyed, and absolutely, completely, utterly adorable. He has cleaned up beautifully since coming off the streets and is now healthy, fully vetted, and microchipped. That scared little boy hiding under rubble in downtown Las Vegas? That chapter is closed. He is safe, he is thriving, and he is simply the best.

He has been on a foster-to-adopt this past week, and his foster family cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Unfortunately, the resident rescue kitty in the home is not having it — and through absolutely no fault of his own, this hunk of burning love needs to find his next chapter. He is kitty friendly and would love a feline friend to play with — but he is also perfectly happy being your one and only. No pressure either way. He just wants to be loved, and he will give every bit of it right back.
